Just Leased!

Listing a home for sale or rent in December can be challenging,

but as soon as 2025 arrived, our showing scheduled filled up and we secured a great tenant for this fully renovated property! Best part about our new January lease is that it will last through the end of January 2026, putting my landlord in a much better position for listing next year.
